From my area
quote:
Two 'whiplash sufferers' who faked injury to claim compensation were caught when they took part in a TV show that involved playing rugby.
Caine Herbert, 25, and Steven Blake, 39, had demanded £17,000 in compensation after a bus crash - claiming their health had been affected.
Cardiff County Court heard the pair claimed they had to give up their love of playing rugby because of the pain of the whiplash neck injuries.
But just 15 days after the collision, they allowed themselves to be filmed for Sky Sports playing a full 80-minute game of rugby at Cardiff Arms Park .
They now face a bill of more than £20,000 to cover the legal costs of the case.
