looks like everyone missed the point of this thread. Yes OP your drugs are fake. Sorry your new dealer told you he wouldnt do something crazy risky like selling fake drugs

Yes it's illegal as stated.
What can really frick some of those people over even more is sometimes they purchase fake shite to sell (or think its real and not know) that may have actual traces of the drug that increases the punishment.
I knew an undercover once who said he bought from a guy three times. The dealer was selling "heroine". It was fake. The first two times they tested it and nothing came up. Third time it had traces of actual heroine and the guy got busted for selling the real deal.
