I lost my Lillie (Shih Tzu) to cancer. She helped me get through cancer, but I couldn't help her overcome hers.
The Vet prescribed surgery to remove the tumor, then additional cancer treatment. But the Vet could not tell me how much longer it would give her. I made the decision to put her down. We were with her in her final moments. It was clear she was suffering. It was the best decision for me and Lillie.
