its too late.

doing it while they are in the kidneys works like a charm

you can't touch it with coke when its already stuck on the way out.

get into it once a week on a weekend morning.

use regular coke.

don't worry about taste.

I passed a few small ones 2mm up to 4mm. The last one I had stayed in there a while and got up to 22mm. It had to be dusted ( lazered) and they went in and picked the pieces out. I was out for a few hours so they stopped and I had to come in a week later and have the rest picked out, they left a catheter in with a piece of stitch thread hanging out so I could pull it out... fun times

Update : ate an entire bunch of asparagus, drank 5 warm cokes, some water.....peed several times but no stone was pissed out.

Feel like crap this morning due to sugar hangover....

Genetics play a role in this. My family has them on one side and I do everything to prevent it.

I haven't had soft drinks other than the ones in my bourbon in college, since I was in 10th grade.

Squeeze several lemons in your water.

Drink half your body weight at least in ounces of water a day. (I'm 200 lbs, I try to take down 100 ounces a day).

So far so good. I don't like soft drinks or sweet tea anyway so that helps.
