Trucks arent trucks anymore

They are now family vehicles with leather seats for baws that want to pretend they work for a living.

My Tacoma’s cloth seats can’t even adjust up or down height.
Wouldn’t trade it for a thing right now.
I Work daily.. possibly too much.
It’s a damn fine truck.

If you don’t care and it’s a second vehicle just to mess around why not get an older one?

I’m buying a 94 regular cab f150 with the straight 6 in a few months. It’s a gem. From family but you could get a great condition one for $5k.

I feel ya man! Most trucks are massive Family haulers now. I remember when 4door trucks were work crew trucks only back in the day.
I had an ‘85 Ford Stepside two-tone navy blue & white with straight 6, 4.9 liter. I should’ve never sold that truck. I miss the simplicity & function.

Ford sells 2 door trucks. You would have to order because they are not popular for the general public.
XL starts at $29,900
XLT starts $36,630
It’s unbelievable the cost of a truck these days.
