I have shot trad for many years. My son does too. I can’t shoot anymore due to neck injury. Start Ar lower poundage and work on form/ technique. Learn to shoot properly and then move up in pounds. Look up the “leatherwall”. They have a TON of info on there. Good shootin

I bow hunted this last year with the former president of pope and young.
50 lb pull is plenty.
For the record, he hunts with VAP's and 450 grain heads. Crazy arc, but cuts right through elk and black bear.
