Maybe, maybe not. It'd have to be desperate times. As in every single active, reserve, inactive reserve personnel would have to already be over there.
I honestly think that if there will ever be another world war, well, there won't be much of a world left. The amount of ordinance that would be dropped would be mind boggling. Also, the loss of life both military and civilian would be staggering.
But the people that say that there would be nuclear bombs flying around are naive. The people with all the nukes (U.S. Russia, China, France, GB) would most likely not allow that to happen.

How many people go into the military because they cannot conform to society? When soldiers come home and can't conform to society it's probably because they couldn't conform before military so their service in military had nothing to do with messing them up.

I believe there will be another draft. Im 27, and by the ways things are looking, i really believe (even tho i dont want to) that there will be another world wide conflict before I die. And the draft will be activated.

We should. We would be less likely to seek foreign dragons to slay if everyone had skin in the game.
