Do you know any families doing like the Tuohy's from The Blind Side?

I know 2 from this past year. Hope it all works out. Are there even adoption papers or just kids go live with the new family for something like that?

A few teachers/administrators from my highschool have. One ended up being a huge success in the NFL.

I know a family that took 2 South Americans in for a year. They were soccer players though.
