I’m on my 7th job in the past 12 years. Every couple years I get a recruiter hitting me up and offering a better gig, so I move on. I’ve been in a few different parts of the energy sector so I also get to consult as I move in and out of different sectors, which is fun.

Where did I say I didn't give raises? I said everyone with a job is not entitled to a raise.
