This was me but then, earlier this year, I realized that my clothes were way out of date. I had to get rid of all the pleats, straight legged, baggy stuff and get cleaner, more fitted clothes. Luckily, I live in DFW so there’s a Bonobos and Suit Supply close by. They were a big help and now more clothes are just an e-mail away. I’ve gotten lots of new slim (not skinny) jeans and solid colored T-shirt’s from the Gap, Levis 512s, shirts from Ministry of Supply, shoes/boots from Thursday Boot Company, etc. The Tie Bar has been a good source for ties and socks. The Tailor Store is good for reasonably priced custom shirts.

On a recent trip to Washington DC, it was eye-opening to see how out of date my old wardrobe was. Most business casual workers had Chinos that I would have called “high water pants” last year. A small portion of their socks were clearly visible. I’m definitely not a trendy dresser but at some point, you gotta update your clothes.

No, I'm a straight man

Nope.......my wife buys all of my clothes for me. I haven't set foot in a mall in 15 year and I'm hoping to keep that streak intact for as long as possible.

Yes, not for myself, but for beautiful models. There is so much more variety in clothing for females. It also can be fun to hunt for the right accessories.
