Chick I just started dating again after a 14 year break ( 
) smokes - but I smoked when we were together before and quit so she's looking for help to quit. I quit via vape - went from full nicotine dosages to light then down to ultra light. Eventually just went down to the placebo and quit. She's starting this weekend with the vape.
