I didn't read through 3 pages of OT jokes, but time travel forward is technically possible. Just get a ship, orbit a black hole for a period of time, come back home and you will find the earth aged much more than you did.

Time dilation allows travel forward in time if one is travelling at a significant percentage of light speed. Otherwise we travel forward at a familiar pace, as if swept by the winds of time. Backwards time travel is impossible, according to Einstein.
