I don't know for sure what happens after death just like everyone else.
That said.. there is a problem with that issue. There are several things that could possibly happen.
Who says we are reincarnated on this planet? What if there are other dimensions? What if there are other planets that support life that are a part of this process? What if some souls are young and others old enough to achieve a different path? What if we are reincarnated as other types of life on this planet?
