Get a termite contract with Terminix and make sure you get in writing that they will cover any damage caused by regular & formosan termites after they inspect and find no pre-existing issues.

Terminix is obviously not the best, but I couldn’t find another service that offered that, and it worked for me when I had some issues at my house in BR.
