Do daily allergy meds interfere with immune response to coronavirus?

I suffer from seasonal allergies and use a nasal spray (Clarimist) to manage my symptoms. Sometimes, I'll need a Benedryl in the evening if I've been out in my garden or doing yardwork.
Just curious... do these anti-histamines hinder/work against one's immune response to covid-19?
Sorry if it's already been asked/answered.

Your AIDS will probably hurt your immunity system way more than allergy medicine

It’s a novel virus. There’s a lot about it that we don’t know. I doubt antihistamines have any impact one way or another.
