Again, not targeting a particular individual.
Dude would have been there for the Chief.
Someone could have come out staggering, vomited halfway to the car, and kept stumbling on and he probably would have stayed because a random drunk wasn’t the target. That’s different from responding because you got a call someone is drunk and a hazard.
It’s amazing to me the shite people try to rationalize just because the target is a POS
