There was a recent thread about these dirt bike any ATV riders taking over the interstate in NOLA and some other southern states. Looks like it's not just a problem in the South. There is a video of the fight in the link.

It's up to each state to pass laws not allowing liability for people in vehicles who happen to get into wrecks with these people...

go ahead and throw a loop hole in for bikers, they won't be missed
