We just got back from a Destin bachelor party about a month ago. It was fun, but we didn't fit in. Getting hammered everywhere we went and sitting next to a bunch of families makes you feel a little uncomfortable.

Make sure when you guys rent a boat the rental company gives you a real anchor. We've helped out tourists by sharing our anchor because what they had would barely hold a kayak.

When you get to Crab Island park near the Helen Back Party Barge, that is where all the tail will be and music. Also when you come into Crab Island come in slow and when you are shallow enough to touch turn your motor off and have your buddies walk the boat in. You may already know this, but I like to remind people since there will be kids out there not paying attention.

Here shortly law enforcement will be introducing a "Safety Corridor" at Crab Island. Not sure how this will play out, but it will take up space. Get out on the water around 10ish or sooner so you have a prime spot.

I went on a bachelor party there about a year ago. One night we went to an area called the baytowne wharf in Sandestin and there was a club called The Village Door that was full of Bachelorette parties...

Sammy's has some good talent.

Crab island is fun. on top of beer, pack some sandwiches and water. I think they do 4 and 8 hour pontoon rentals. We usually do 8.

Rum Runners in Baytown has dueling pianos and is usually packed with chicks.
