Declare a Disaster to Help Business Effected by C19

While I believe the overreaction of the population is a result of a sensationalist press, I cannot overlook the negative effect it is having on business, especially in the hospitality and travel industry. Great that legislation is in the works to give employees the ability to claim unemployment, but they will need a business to return too when it all passes. Declaring a disaster would allow business to apply for a SBA Disaster Loan that may keep them viable.
