Yep.

Same guy that argued a simple possession charge all the way up to the supreme court of LA to get a 13+ year sentence for a guy with two joints in his pocket and 2 other drug violations almost a decade prior. Trial court judge gave him 5 years, appeals court judge affirmed, used our tax dollars to bring it all the way to the LA supreme court to demand that the guy get over 13 years.

He is a scumbag POS.
