Me 2. My resting HR is getting into the 50's and I'm creeping into the higher end of zone2 on some of my HIIT workouts here recently. That and I just need that dopamine hit of a nice easy long run again.

I totally get it. Had a great run in the rain Sunday. I was vv surprised bc I’ve never liked running in the rain before - but it was probs the best I’ve felt running in a while.
Could’ve been the new running that made it feel so good though.
Turns out I pronate quite a bit and had to swap to a stability shoe.
