Depends on the line.
Carnival is something like $60 a day after gratuity (estimating here) and there is a 15 drink limit each day. Other lines are similar or slightly higher priced but have truly unlimited drinks. They also have limits on the price of the drink to keep people from ordering super top shelf liquor and what not. Royal Caribbean has different tiers of drink packages.
