Cremations in Baton Rouge ?

My only uncle passed away this earlier this morning around 6am in his sleep. I'm the only family he has around here so I am left with dealing with the arrangements. He wanted to be cremated so thats what I'm going to do. I know nothing about this. Does anyone have recommendations on the best place for cremations?
So far I have called and found in BR:
Church Funeral Services
Decent deals and prices. Have a simple $800ish option.
Resthaven
Very polite and kind on the phone. Willing to work with me on a payment plan basis. Affordable price quote, I countered their original quote with an offer for $350 less and they said they would honor it.
Rabenhorst
More then I am looking to spend, their urn selection isn't the best. The price quote I got was $1,400+ (not looking to spend that much).
That being said, just looking to see if anyone has any recommendations on this if they have gone through this process before. I did not wake up and expect to have to deal with this today...what a great Xmas so far..
Thanks in advance.

I'm sure there are some Cajuns in acadiana that will do it in a cane field for a case of beer
Sorry for your loss

That just sounds like a type of "bar b que" in another language... I'd go with them.

Sorry to hear about your loss.
The owner of Church Funeral Services is David. He's a really nice guy and I would suggest going with them. Dont know anything about the other two places.
Best of luck.
