What the hell do they mean it's unclear how you win the game? You're getting a handy from a smoking hot Asian chick. You've won just by playing the damn game.
ETA: if I ever got to play, I'd request singing the unedited version of Pink Floyd's "Shine on You Crazy Diamond". It's over 25 minutes long and is mostly instrumental. Mainly I'd just be standing there rocking out to Floyd while getting jerked off. Double win.
