Anyone in Denham Springs area with cox internet experiencing slow spotty internet over the last few days?

I guess Cox doesn't like that you are using someone other than Cox for your cable so they are throttling your internet.

Have cox in baton rouge. Past few days it's been spotty and I've never had the problem before.
