Does anyone have a clue about the hospitalization stats they report daily?

Hospital patients +50, I know this is a net but is it 50 new patients, or is it 250 went home and 300 checked in?

I think this matters. What is the average hospital stay of a covid patient?

The data released is entirely insufficient in my opinion.

How so?

What is the hospital turnover? I think that matters.

If we have 1000 in the hospital and tomorrow it's 1050 that's +50.

But if 300 went home after a 2 night stay and 350 checked in and can expect to go home in 2 days I think it's important to know that. That's also +50.

How sick are the people being admitted and how long are they staying?

Better question is how many of those are Covid related?
