Exactly!!

I’m actually stronger than 90% of all the guys I’ve grapples against but due to my lack of techniques and conditioning I get out positioned easily against anyone with experience.

I would pay good money...I'm talking good money, to see every guy on here that posted "yes" to this question get into the ring with her.

As is, no training. Since, one big-man punch is all it takes....

All it takes is that big overhand right or s looping hook

Nunes would see that coming from a mile away

she's 135, I doubt she can hit hard enough to take out a 180 pound guy.

How many times have guys moved up from 135 to 140 or 147 and find they can't stop guys at that weight? But a 135 pound woman can hurt a 180 pound male with her punch? Not buying it.

Her biggest advantage is that she's in fantastic shape.

They just don't get it, do they?

What's interesting is that any guy who has had any semblance of training from their local boxing gym or wherever, always says, "no".

But the dadbods whose workout consists of taking the garage to road, insists on "yes. I outweigh her by 100 lbs and stand 5" taller than her."

I suppose the former, realize just exactly what kind of training it takes to get to that elite level of fighter.

I don’t think people realize how demanding a 5 min round is. Much less 5 5 min rounds
Or 12 3 min rounds

That's why conditioning is her biggest advantage.

I guess we just have common sense

I also have no shame in saying that I’ve tapped out to women in bjj. Why? Bc I don’t see it as losing, I see it as learning. And since I’m new, I would hope an experienced female would tap me out, if not then I would consider finding another place.

They absolutely don't. Not at all.

Just hitting pads for 3 minutes even, comes as a total shock to you if you don't have any kind of consistent cardio going on.

And I'm talking just standing in the same place hitting pads. Let's not even introduce footwork and actually keeping your feet moving when throwing.

Why do you think we're all taking her out early in our heads?

You do realize you come in too hot you’re gonna get countered

Her fight iq is off the chart. What are you going to bring to the table that she hasn’t seen?

Who's the guys that posts here? The ex-MMA fighter?

Kyle Bradley?

He'd be able to come in here and put this ridiculous shite to an end.

And to be clear, we're talking "regular guy/keyboard warrior" vs. Nunes...not an actual trained male fighter.

They must think 7 year old girls hold pads for her.

Grown arse men....grown arse men she rolls with, fights with, etc.

Exactly!!

I mean, just take a look at the fighters of American Top Team. I highly doubt that she has never sparred with any of them.

That's a stout roster.

You have fellow LA mate, Dustin Poirier, Thiago Alves, Dos Santos...of course Dos Santos would kill her in ine punch, but the point is, you think she's never trained/sparred with men??

All these idiots claiming they could take her out when it stands that she has rolled and sparred with some of the world's most elite male fighters...

Oh really? I’m allowed to throw elbows and knees in a BJJ match?

Bjj is great and I’m definitely a believer in its effectiveness in augmenting hand to hand combat, but bjj matches aren’t fights.
