Go to crutchfield. Pick out the radio you want, add the kit for your car, and spend a few hours DIY.

Of course you can. Amazon sells them pretty cheap if you can install it yourself. They also sell the vehicle specific plastic trim pieces so it’s a good fit and finish when done. Find a few vehicle specific YouTube tutorials so you shouldn’t have any surprises or less likely to break stuff.
Id get a wireless phone charger/phone mount and USB-A/USB-C ports while I was at it.

I’m getting an Apple CarPlay installed in my wife’s (no pics)vehicle Tuesday. Go to Metra Online and you can input your vehicle and it will tell you all the parts you need.
If you buy the CarPlay at Best Buy, they do free install
