Or, do you just want cops to not do their jobs? Bitch at what they do, then bitch when they do nothing. Awesome.
Yeah because that's exactly what I said. Do you fallacy much?
I support GOOD police. That cop is not that. He let the situation get the best of him and it is clear that he was irritated with the kid. He let his get involved in his police work, rather than his logic.

LA State Police make massive drug bust weekly on I-10 and 12 by stopping cars with a tail light out or expired inspection sticker. He WAS looking for a bigger fish to fry. That is exactly why he let the others off that night with just a warning.
This kid flashed his high beams at a car and that is exactly what I and 450 million other drivers do when we think headlights are too bright and hinder our night vision. I think that's a stupid reason to pull people over. I think that is the definition of "cop power trip" and while that car could have had one-hundred kilos in the trunk, the law and probable cause are there, in harmony, for a reason. His actions dictate not that he was hoping to get a drug bust and frankly I do not know what I-10/I-12 have to do with this. Flashing high beams at a car -- which happened to be a police vehicle - warrants stop and demand information? This kid was likely high or drunk -- I don't know because I have only seen the video and read just a fragment or two of the back story. BUT the kid did not get pulled over for suspicion of DWI. He got pulled over because the cop was getting sick of getting beams flashed at him. The cop is a total dickwad.
You need to feel badly for the cop because he is going to get the piss sued out of him -- well, the county and sheriff's office will anyway.
I support police because they are underpaid and have to deal with what is becoming a race war. There are, however, a lot of dumb cops and they work a job that lets personal feelings and emotions get in the middle of their work.
The camera shows a struggle but it's impossible to see 100 percent of what happened. The cop should have let the taser been his last and most effective line of defense. Believe me when I say that criminals should get the shite beaten out of them, Mark Harmon style, when they deserve it. The kid was on the ground. How does his frail arse get up and charge the cop when he had the taser aimed at him anyway?

1. Traffic Violation
Resisting an Officer
Attempted disarming of an officer
2. He was an immediate threat
3. Aggravated resistance
Graham vs. Conner is met.

Kid was probably high or drunk.
Cop got too close.
He allowed it to escalate to the point where it was out of control.
Should have backed off and tazed him again.

Please make a list of laws that cops should enforce and ones that they should ignore because you don't like them.
Are you under or over 16 years old?

Lol.
Which is against the law.
No where in the law does it allow you to signal to drivers by flashing your bright lights at them.

LOL indeed. While the law applies(applied) in Michigan, I am certain it will be repealed. If you believe that it is illegal everywhere, I think you need to brush up on your knowledge of the "law", counselor. The law varies from state to state and is even internationally accepted in some countries. WHile you are certain to give the rebuttal of "I was referring to Michigan, dumbass", I highly doubt it since you used it in a uniform manner -- as if we are ALL supposed to follow "the law". The main gripe that law enforcement has with high beams is when the act is used to warn others of a speed trap and the like. Do some research and don't assume that every state is like yours.

What "law"? Nowhere in what law allows you what?

Sorry, I can clearly not have a debate about this with you. I stated my opinion about a controversial law -- one that will be repealed in the state of Michigan and now it's about what I like I do not like. Please read all of what I type and make counterpoints that are relevant as acting as though I am picking and choosing which laws should be/not be seems to be your house built of straw. I guess you didn't take junior high speech.

Codes: Section 257.700, Section 257.701
Google is difficult to use.

Cop repeated "license, registration, and proof of insurance PLEASE" like 20 times. That's some hardcore white privilege right there.
And this I do not dispute against. The teen may have been wrongly shot, but if he would have simply complied, he could have done what needed doing later. A traffic stop aint worth it. Both parties were in the wrong here.

Yeah, I am sure you had those memorized.
And once again, you are missing my point that was not even directed at you.
'The Law', as he puts, is vague -- too vague to just be labeled vague. He never said Michigan law...and "No where in the law allows you"...that makes no sense on so many levels. Like I cannot even begin to help you understand.

Piss poor training LEO's receive today. Intent, Capability and Opportunity, without those you cannot use deadly force. Well unless you are an untrained, bitch of a cop like we see here on the reg....
