Then you are a fricking dick. When did it become okay for a cop to kill someone because they didn't like the way the person moved? There was no visible threat whatsoever.

You realize that a suspect walking away with no weapon seen is highly dangerous for the cop, right? You don't think the cop had reason to think there was a possibility he was walking away to find cover behind the car and open fire? Seems threatening to me.

Common sense and experience - reaching in your pocket, pulling out a gun and aiming it in the direction of someone vs a person that already has you in their sights is a huge advantage. If you are a LEO, you should let that situation play out a little longer. That's the risk you take. The cop didn't take that risk, he shot too soon.

What experience do you have that shows someone can't get a shot off? Why is it common sense? I'm not trying to be a jerk but I believe a bias here may be clouding your judgment. I see no reason to believe the guy couldn't get a shot off.
