Exactly, and the 30 year old who went missing and wound up in the lake is labeled as "extremely intoxicated from Mardi Gras, shouldn't have been drinking and driving, and was lucky he didn't kill somebody else"

probably also owed lots of child support to multiple women

there was actually a middle agged man that went missing at mardi gras a few years ago. they found his car with his body either one or 2 years to the date of him missing in west esplande canal after water level dropped significantly
