I have a friend that worked for a youth home for abused and behaviorally challenged children. Most of the the kids were between 9-13. Having heard some stories about when he had to stay overnight there in a supervisory/chaperone role, it's not as unbelievable as you might think.

When a child that age does something like that, it's a clear sign the child has been abused by an adult. The sad truth is that often times a child will not know that engaging in sexual behavior is wrong for them. Instead all they know is it feels good. Thus they will take what an adult has been doing to and with them and turn around and do it to other kids. I'm pretty sure that's what was going on with the kids at that youth home.

As for this 10 year old boy, the idea that he'd "force" himself on a grown woman is beyond absurd. This woman is a sicko pedophile. In an ideal would she'd be put up against a wall and shot.
