accident happened 20 years ago. I recovered pretty well, initially. Even played rugby in Polynesia and at LSU a couple years after (and sustained a few more minor concussions).

The memory thing has been getting progressively worse. I get headaches fairly regularly in the last 3 years or so. I keep headache powder in the house, the truck and in my suitcase so I am never far from one.

Glad to know about the positive effects of a ketogenic diet. I am working towards going fully ketogenic.

Going to try fish oil as well.

I recently forgot my son's middle name when asked by someone I barely knew. Pretty embarrassing.
