safety restrictions are the most impactful difference between commercial and industrial as noted above. I’m a commercial contractor but I take light industrial now and then, I’m on a job at BP right now

the key is taking that into account when you price and schedule. Also, PM on a process area project is a much different thing from PM on a building construction job in an industrial environment. All the PMs I know who work on process are engineers

Zachry used to be big in Paper Mills, Petrochemical and Offshore fabrication.
