Civil War Memorabilia has become very expensive, much like WWII items. Trouble is authenticity- like most everything else today, beware of fakes! That is why it is difficult to consider anything on line, like Ebay. You may want to contact some coin shops, they could probably point you in the right direction...good luck!

I have a few items, Union 3-ringers, Conf. Enfield
Rounds, Williams Cleaners, Spencer cartridges, and a few spent percussion caps. Nicest thing I have is a button off a Union Officers uniform in really nice condition. That company still makes buttons for current military uniforms also :)

HS teacher friend was in with several people who owned land surrounding Kennesaw battlefield. We spent hours in creek beds and the like with metal detectors.
