Just saw some videos on the ring dinger...wow that looks amazing. I want to go get adjusted.

They can be very helpful just dont buy the snake oil routine that some will try to sell you.

Chiropractor = temporary relief
Physical Therapy = long term problem solving

Guy I go to occasionally does a great job with the PT type of stuff he does, I don’t let him adjust me or do any of that.

I think they’re useful if you don’t go overboard or expect the Moon.

They made me feel a little better. Short term of course. Kinda like getting a massage.

As far as addressing the Root cause of problem I think they're useless and you'll need orthopedic/Physical Therapy.

A lot of lazy people I know seem to believe in them. I think it's because you don't have to do work with chiropractic. You just lie there. As opposed to PT.
