Just drink water and eat someone healthy and there’s no need to replenish anything that sport drinks claim you need.

Not drinking calories is a great beginning to getting off of sugars.

And don’t get me started on the whole water thing and hydration.

I'm gurssing you're not a parent.

Should lock up parents of kids that commit crimes too right? Parent's fault. They raised them to be criminals.

You got fat kids at home?

This is an expensive problem for everyone, even non fatties.

This shite needs to stop.

The problem is our diet. Carbs are the main enemy, whereas fat isn't as bad as everyone used to believe. A lot of the problem is on the parents just being a lazy fatass themselves. How many toddlers get hopped up on sugar? Sugar is so bad for people, especially the rate at which kids are now eating it at. If it ain't water, it is probably really bad for you. Most fruit juice is just sugar with some fruit flavorings, sometimes you might get some real fruit juice, but still all the sugar. Then look at breakfast and what is considered normal. No wonder why this nation is full of fat asses. How is donuts, pancakes, waffles, cereal, toast with jelly, bagels, etc the way to start the day off right?

Also most carbs are eaten in excess, and they get broken down as sugars by your body, like bread, pasta, rice, etc. No wonder why diabetes is reaching epidemic levels.

Another big problem is EBT. A lot of people on EBT buys processed foods (junk) rather than real vegetables and meats. Sure some families do do this, but most load up on the junk instead of the healthy food. I don't get why we can't have EBT only pay for fresh foods, like fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meats, instead of letting some fat arse load up on 20$ of junk food at the gas station.

I also think that our gov't would rather have a nation full of obese fat asses rather than one with strong healthy adults.
