Networks get more viewers wanting meanness being exhibited as opposed to watching a flower grow.
It's not the networks, it's us.
There's been countless studies about this. People give more attention to negative and scary stories than positive ones. It's how are brains are wired because of our survival instinct.

Thier employees aren't triggered, just happy to have a job and move forward in their lives as it's just a stepping stone for them. They don't feel the world owes them anything, so they actually help other people.

People don't hate Christians. Though people do hate it when a Christian plays the perpetual victim card.
They love playing the victim in the West.

They have great customer service. I thought the controversy was way overblown, and I'm very progressive. And honestly, I've seen a lot of very effeminate men working there. The owner may have their own personal beliefs, but they don't seem to discriminate in the workplace.

Chik-fil-A customer buys family a house and helps them build it, and the mom thanks God first
Completely normal for a Christian to thank God first. In fact it is through Him all blessings come.
