The video was edited, and it cut off when the big girl got on top and was punching on the smaller girl, then they broke it up. The big girl wasn't really landing any punches, but she did get the upper hand at some point, just pointing that out.
ETA: just rewatched it again. at no point did the black girl have the upper hand. when it edited to then getting up she was wobbling around, ready to walk away. That isnt evidence of having the upper hand.

Uh....wasn't that much edited out. Only thing you missed was big girl getting a handful of the cheerleader's hair. That was it and the only way she could stop the arse beating. The reaction of the folks chanting that big girl got her arse beat as she walked away tells you she never got the "upper hand". She was just able to make the beating stop by grabbing hair.
