Lotta drama queens in the world. Some are in boats. There’s no attention to be gained if you just deal with the crowds and enjoy yourself. Especially if the crowds aren’t really that big.
But talk about the danger you’re in and watch the attention you get.

From what I understand, he hit the kids and either jumped in or hung around long enough for others to show up. He then boated across the river (his condo is across from the Sand Bar) and quickly tied up his boat and left. I believe the comment that "he never slowed down" was from the neighbor(s) at the condo - meaning he quickly tied the boat up and hauled arse.

I just went back and watched it; this is the neighbor's quote:
