I used to keep that shite under lock and key but my wife still found ways to get at it. Now I don't give a shite, she can read whatever the frick she wants and interpret any way she pleases.

Women are natural detectives, it is INGRAINED IN EVERY SINGLE frickING ONE OF THEM. Know this any time you get involved with a woman.

You're talking about dick, right? Otherwise, that's just a waste of a good journal.

Are you a 13 year old girl with braces? Is the journal pink and fuzzy?

I journal, seriously. Does a lot of good for me personally.

down low low down no doubt. But I'm breaking up with her after this. This is a huge red flag

Exactly. It's an outlet. I write what I want to say. Always cool to go back and read where I was and how I handled different things too

I had an ex snoop through mine and freaked out. I broke up with her two days later.

This is your second problem. You're not a confrontational type of person. You ran away instead of handling the situation.

Man up and handle the situation instead of running away.

Your 1st problem is that you have a journal. Dude. seriously. Ditch the damn journal and grow a pair of balls and start being a man.

Agreed. I started writing when I was a teenager when my dad was ill. I stopped for a few years but picked it up again. You learn a ton about yourself going back and reading. You remember more easily who you were and where you came from.

I try to write each day and keep my writings on on my desktop because I can't read my cursive anymore. I find it cathartic and when I look back at things I can sometimes see how things fall into (or out of) place.

I'd find it pretty offensive if someone went though my private writings without my permission. I'll bet that she's checked your computer, smart phone, and desk and dresser drawers too.
