Yes she can. It will be very loud. Mine was stolen when we evacuated to Houston for hurricane Ida. Cost me $2,000 to replace it.

What year? Third gens from 2016 on moved the position of the converter up by the headers so they are harder to steal. The thieves are looking for the easy ones like Tundras, Elements, etc.

That’s good news. I have a 2022

All of you Tundra owners need to install these South African anti theft devices.

Not sure about Honda’s, but some vehicles out there will put it into a limp mode, and she won’t be able to drive it.

Honda limp mode won’t allow the engine to rev past 4K rpm. She should be fine as long as she doesn’t need to gun it.

If I ever have the pleasure to catch one of these fricks, they will at a minimum, won’t be able to reproduce from the crowbar to their fricking balls.

I’ve got a Tacoma in Houston. I’m researching catalytic converter shields. F’n thieves.

While your at it, if your tailgate doesn't have a pop & lock, look for something to secure the hinge of your tailgate. Hose clamp is the cheapest route, I went with a Sabellco tailgate lock with my pop & lock.

Update:

We ended up getting an after market one put in for 350(no seriously that was the price) in Houston. If it happens to you, shop around and don't jump on the $3500 dollar dealer quote for an older vehicle. It took less than hour to put in and she just walked in this morning.
