Carbonara Effect - people are stupid

I love the chicken carbonara at Quiznos.

It's all staged with actors, they hardly even pretend otherwise

Has to be staged

cut the bacon up in to small pieces and cry till crisp with a little onion
cook pasta till al dente and save a cup of pasta water
return hot pasta to the pot, add the bacon and onion, and mix in two egg yolks and a big handful of grated Parmesan
Stir to combine adding pasta water as needed
liberally add black pepper and serve immediately
