FWIW, He lives off Octavia. You can catch him walking his rescue pup around Holy Name on any given afternoon.

Do you ever see that large guy always wearing Tulane garb on his adult tricycle, I see him all over including Henry’s every so often. Surely someone on this board knows this guys story. I tell my wife he’s the new Ignatiois Rilley. Honestly, I would no bE surprised if he post on this board.

Yes, I see him at Henry's all the time....he's mentally challenged and a huge Tulane Fan... BTW..when Mitch is home he has 24 hour security sitting outside his house
