People are hypnotized into thinking fireworks is something you do.
It makes the humdrum of another day "different".
Some hope that turning the page on the past will grant freedom to make changes.
Probably just another day.

Do you find fireworks in the area difficult to sleep through?
Between the AC blasting, my ceiling fan, and my floor fan, I can't hear much else.

Well, call the fricking cops if it pisses you off so much. Did you actually call the neighbor and ask that they stop? At lease do that then call the cops.

Otherwise getting mad is about all you can do if you too skeered to ask them to stop.
