Someone told me it is the lack of love bugs. Mosquitos attack them and die. They are toxic to mosquitos so they kill many of them. Not sure of the source.

I’m seeing mostly tiny ones too. I prefer the big ones because they aren’t as stealthy and I can get them with my Executioner.
