Well, I wish I could say that I've ID'd the guy, but I did get one step closer. I spotted him on a video of the full parade on Youtube.
His sub krewe was Darth Brooks, which explains his outfit.
I cannot find ANYTHING on the members of this sub krewe. No social media group, no website, only 1 mention on a reddit thread.
Again, not 100% that this is the guy, but getting his name would help to determine if he was indeed the vandal.
