This is very interesting, but he will probably drop dead of a heart attack or inexplicably get arse cancer or something.

I've lost a lot of weight lately by just eating better and getting more sleep. But do I think that will save me from a brain tumor or cancer, etc? I have my hopes but probably not.

It's bold to tell people "Here's how to live" and then they get some disease and look at you like what the frick, bro?
