My understanding:
She is getting her nails done (while on Medicaid but I digress)
Starts talking about a charity she runs, asking for donations
Nail tech won't give her any $
Nail tech contacts charity, charity confirms she is not their director
She is asking for donations under false pretenses & IF given any cash POSSIBLY stealing it since she has no affiliation with charity
**Speculation
