I have a buddy that got up to 520lb. Before he ended up losing weight he couldn't drive because he would just randomly fall asleep all the time. He ended up losing 300lb and is now an influencer.

How does that happen? Excessive laziness and awful eating will get you to 300 lbs easily enough but 700?

I helped out a local DME part time. A few years ago, they asked me to go check out a problem with a patients bed. The guy weighed almost 800 lbs. Couldn’t get out of bed. These are bariatric beds that support up to 600 and are 42” wide. The bed had started sagging in the center and both hand rails were bent outward. Unless he gained more weigh in a short time, his insurance should have never approved it. He was wayyy over the limit. He was on oxygen also and I heard not too long after that he was moved to a nursing home so they could take care of him around the clock. Not sure if he’s still alive or not.

How did he drop 300 lbs and how long did it take?
